Body voltage reduces within seconds which is easily testable with a multimeter. Less than 0.1v is optimal. Body voltage naturally increases when further away from ground. Most 1st floor sleeping environments I have tested range from 3-10v with an average of 5-6v. Higher body voltage is easily possible dependant on environment. Much research has shown an array of health benefits for sleeping grounded. The Earthing Institute has some good info and links as does many other websites. Keep in mind that longevity issues and care do not apply to my grounding sheets and pillow cases. Mine are much more robust! I started producing these for people I know in the Spring of 2020 for those that had immune function concerns under the current circumstances.
Most grounding mats & pillow cases available elsewhere that you'd use as bedding are inferior in longevity, have restrictive care protocols, and seem less conductive which affects the amount of material that can be between the body and the grounding sheet.
